Refund Policy

We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion.

Refund Terms:

• Full refunds are available if services are canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

​

• Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete services due to unforeseen circumstances. 

•  Should the client decide not to continue the project with Design MasterKraft, the retainer will be applied to preparation hours worked (excluding the one-hour complimentary consultation), and the unused balance will be returned to the Client.

​

• No refunds are issued for services already completed unless deemed upon review.
